Outpatient Services
The Adult
Outpatient Program provides services for adults who have been
identified as having a problem with drugs and/or alcohol, but who
are able to address those problems while remaining in the community.
Services include: assessment, individual, group, and family therapy,
education, and family groups, HIV/AIDS education, referral services,
discharge planning, and aftercare. The average length of stay is
12 weeks, but is dependent on the person's progress in treatment.
The Adolescent
Outpatient Program provides evaluation, education, counseling
and intervention services for adolescents identified as having substance
abuse problems, but who retain the functional strength and resources
to remain in the community/family setting. Services include individual
assessment, treatment planning, individual, group, and family therapy,
discharge planning, educational groups and a Family Education Program.
Average length of stay is twelve weeks, with actual stay determined
by completion of discharge criteria in the client’s treatment plan.
