Youth Specialist - Adolescent/Commitment Services (Daytona- Pines, RAP)
Salary range: $9.02 - $14.07/non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED. Must demonstrate an aptitude and ability to work with the adolescent population. Must complete and pass all DJJ training requirements. Must have and maintain a current valid Florida drivers license. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle pursuant to agency's insurance standards. If recovering from chemical dependency, a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety from all mood-altering substances is required.

Medical Attendant PT/Pool - Stabilization Services (Bunnell, Daytona)
Salary range: $8.18-$12.74/non-exempt - Pool $10.00/non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications: A high School Diploma or GED. Current CPR/First Aid Certificate. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current practices and principles related to health care and medical unit support in delivery of health care to chemically dependent adults who may also have a mental health diagnosis, as well as adolescents who may be chemically affected, have mental health disorders and be involved in the Juvenile Justice system. Previous chemical dependence experience and familiarity with the 12 step recovery process desirable. Knowledge of growth and development and the differing effects and manifestations of substance abuse on adults and adolescents. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle pursuant to agency insurance standards. If recovering from chemical dependency, a minimum of two years sobriety from all mood altering substances.

Counselor Aide PT - Stabilization Services (Daytona- IRT)
Salary range: $8.18- $12.74/non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competence in current practices of residential treatment, including all aspects of providing behavioral management services to adults suffering from substance abuse and related issues. Must be competent in providing leadership to assigned clients. Must be familiar with and demonstrate competence in various behavior management modalities and models useful in the behavioral management of adults. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle pursuant to agency insurance standards. If in recovery from chemical dependency, a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety is required.

Marketing Director - Vince Carter Sanctuary - Administrative Services - (Bunnell)
Salary range: $ 59,862.40-$93,392.00/exempt
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of experience with successful programs in a regional/national marketing & outside sales, preferably in a healthcare environment. Experience in developing a national marketing plan for a start-up operation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Experienced in public speaking and presentations. A strong working knowledge of the substance abuse treatment industry, including clinical programming, support services and fiscal aspects of planning and service delivery. Knowledgeable and working experience in use of word processing, spreadsheet, database and web design software. Organized, self-motivated and able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with a diverse population. A focused Team player with good listening and communication , negotiating and persuasion skills. Ability to travel as needed. Sr. Counselor for Detoxification Program - Stabilization Services
(Daytona- temporary for approx. 2 months)
Salary range: $13.39- $24.21/non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or some other relevant Human Services discipline preferred. Licensed to practice as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred. Certification as an Addictions Professional in the state of Florida. (Current certification may substitute for professional degree.) Current valid driver's license in the state of Florida. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competence in current principals and practices including all aspects of providing assessment and referral services to adults suffering from substance abuse and related issues. No less than one-year experience providing assessment and referral services to adults suffering from substance abuse related disorders in the last five years. Must be familiar with and demonstrate competence in various treatment modalities and therapy models useful in the clinical and behavioral management of adults. Must demonstrate interpersonal skills commensurate with a supervisory position. Must be familiar with the Involuntary Procedures of the Marchman Act and capable of effective communication with families, significant others, and officials of the court. If in recovery from chemical dependency, a minimum of three years of continuous sobriety is required.

Clinician, BHOS - Adolescent Services (Daytona)
Salary range: $ 24,606.40- $51,625.60/exempt
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school with a Bachelors Degree in psychology or a relevant Human Services discipline; a CAP or a Masters Degree in psychology or Human Services is preferred. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competence in current principles and practices including treatment planning and application, discharge / transitional planning which are clinically specific to adolescent clients. Two years of experience which includes familiarity with and demonstrated competency in effective treatment techniques, group skills, documentation ability, and clinical and behavioral management of adolescents. Knowledge of typical adolescent diagnoses, the symptoms and manifestations, such as ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, PTSD, Conduct Disorder, as well as the effects and manifestations of substance abuse on adolescent behavior is required. Has a working knowledge of Family Therapy techniques and the treatment of dually diagnosed clients. Current CPR/First Aid certificate. Current valid drivers license in the State of Florida. Must complete and pass all DJJ training requirements. If in recovery from chemical dependency, a minimum of three years of continuous sobriety is required.

LPN FT/Pool -

Salary range: FT: $ 11.83-$18.45/non-exempt - Pool $15.00/non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of accredited Licensed Practical Nursing College. Current Florida LPN licensure. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current principles and practice related to health care of chemically dependent adults who may have a mental health diagnosis, as well as adolescents who may be chemically affected, have mental health disorders and be involved with the Juvenile Justice System . Experience in Chemical Dependence Practical Nursing and the 12 step recovery process desirable. Competent to engage clients both adult and adolescents and a knowledge of growth and development to enable effective treatment of various clients. Current CPR/First Aid Certificate. Current valid Florida Driver's license. If chemically dependent, a minimum of three years sobriety from all mood altering drugs.

Registered Nurse - FT/Pool - Stabilization (Daytona, Bunnell)
Salary range: $20.88-$32.57/non-exempt - Pool $22.00/non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of Associate of Science in Nursing Degree program. Preferred training includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and Certification in Chemical Dependency Nursing. Current Florida RN license. Current CPR/First Aid Certificate. Current valid Florida Drivers license. Must be able to demonstrate competency in current principles and practices of health care delivery to chemically dependent adults who may also have mental health diagnosis, as well as adolescents who may be chemically affected, have mental health disorders and be involved in the Juvenile Justice system. Experience in Chemical Dependency Nursing and the 12 step recovery process desirable. Competent in the growth and development and the effects and manifestations of substance abuse and adolescents. Able to engage clients and client families to effect treatment. If in recovery from chemical dependency, a minimum of three years of continuous sobriety is required. Must be available to work as needed.
